Currency:
As of the current date, please note that all transactions on our website / portal are conducted exclusively in US Dollars (USD). Payments,are denominated in USD unless mentioned explicitly.
Renewal fee:
After six months of you paying a Premium Fee of $100 USD to join Pro Digital Guru, you would be liable to pay a monthly renewal Fee of $100 USD till you are affiliate commission earnings per month are less than $10,000 USD
Once you cross threshold limit of $10,000 USD then renewal fee of $1000 USD would be auto deducted every month from your affiliate commission.
auto Renewal:
Renewal Fee will be auto-deducted "only" from your affiliate commission and "not" from your card. As on today, we don't entertain auto-renewal from your card, bank account, digital wallet and so on.
Renewal Fee if you are inactive:
Let's say if you are active for some months, but because of your previous hard work you get some bookings, than we will deduct renewal fee only for the month you got business.

Legal Disputes:

Legal Expenses: Upon receiving the notice, Pro Digital Guru or its representatives will send an estimate for hiring legal counsel to resolve the dispute. The complainant agrees to bear the expenses and fees demanded by Pro Digital Guru for engaging legal counsel and any other associated legal costs raised from time to time.
Timely Payment: The complainant agrees to pay the required amount for engaging legal counsel and other associated legal costs within the time frame given by Pro Digital Guru or individuals associated with Pro Digital Guru.
Failure to Pay: If the complainant fails to make the payment within the specified time frame, legal proceedings against Pro Digital Guru will be deemed withdrawn, and Pro Digital Guru shall not be liable for any further actions or consequences related to the dispute.
JURISDICTION:
All court cases related to PDG Affiliate Portal, including disputes and legal proceedings, will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Pune, India.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION:
Complainant's Obligations: In case of any legal dispute or complaint, the complainant agrees to cooperate with PDG Affiliate Portal and provide any information or assistance required for resolving the issue.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude all representations, warranties, and conditions relating to our website and the use of this website. Nothing in this disclaimer will:
Limit or exclude our or your liability for death or personal injury;

Taxes would be deducted at source wherever applicable
Your agency can be stopped from doing business with us & blacklisted anytime with or without informing you and with or without giving any reason whatsoever.
Once black listed you won't be eligible for any payout
Blacklisted agency, people will not have recourse to law and or court under any circumstances.
We can bring you to court whenever we dim fit.
Payouts will be done around the 15th of every month. Eg January month's affiliate commission will be done around the 15th of February
By using PDG Affiliate Portal, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the PDG Affiliate Portal.
PDG Affiliate Portal reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes to the policy will be effective from the date they are posted on the website, or changes will be effective from any back-date of our choice and convenience.
